OK...yeah...

Well, I finally decided that I would join a crazy blogging community...ain't I brave? I'm probably going to post this full of random scribbles and thoughts, but that's what this is for, right?

Well, we're nearing the end of 2007 and we're supposed to relax and get together with the family. That's not going to happen for me. I participated in the NaNoWriMo competition in November for the first time and I managed to write 55,585 words during the month. I'm now in the process of starting to re-write the crappyness that was my hurried NaNo so I can turn it into a beautiful novel and hopefully get it published one day. :)

Right now, I'm sitting on my couch with my duvet wrapped around me because I'm ill and chocked full of the cold. It's not been a good day so far but it's been good so far as I haven't had to go to school. There's only two more days of school until we break off for the christmas hols so I suppose I'll have to go in tomorrow.

Since I'm on a roll here I think I'll add that I'm going to get to paint my bedroom soon, since it's been a horrible mess for the last month or so. It hasn't been re-decorated for about ten years so I'm just happy that it's not pink anymore, at the moment it's white but it will be brown and cream...hopefully.

OK, I'm going to stop typing now and if anyone is still reading this I'll let you get back to your lives now :P
